01 Nov The Orange Operator
This is one beaut of a juice, it was exploding with flavour and packed a good ‘ol punch! Don’t you think that orange is such an awesome colour, it’s so striking and vibrant! This was naturally sweet from the carrots, orange pepper and the orange of course. The lime balanced out that taste just with the after taste but i’d actually not have it next time I made it – so rather leave it out, haha!
Ladies this one is for you, do you know that ginger can be used to help alleviate period pain…?
Serves 2
1 orange pepper (de-seeded)
3 large carrots
1 large orange
½ inch or so of fresh ginger
½ freshly squeezed lime (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a juicer and juice
Stir before serving
